Design Partner Program

The operating system for the IT infrastructure team

Monitoring, incidents, ticketing, SLAs, assets, spares, wallboards and reporting in one platform — instead of five tools that do not talk to each other, and a spreadsheet holding it together.

Today · reactive

A user phones. You start looking. Nobody can say how long it was down, or what it cost.

With InfraCue · proactive

The platform sees it first, raises the ticket, routes it, and holds the record.

Details of the program

What you are signing up to

  • Six weeks, on your schedule

We ask how much time you can give across the whole six weeks and plan around your answer. We do not set a weekly quota.

  • IT heads and IT engineers, both

You apply in your own right, whichever you are. You do not need to bring a colleague, and you do not need to be the one who signs the cheque.

  • Your real environment

You use the platform against your own estate rather than a demo dataset. That is the only way the feedback is worth anything.

  • A written agreement

Mutual NDA and participation terms, both ways. You can leave at any point and keep your data.

  • Honest criticism, including the bad kind

“We stopped opening it in week three” is the most useful sentence you can give us. A polite yes for six weeks is worth nothing.

How it works

Five steps, and you can stop at any of them

  1. Apply

The form below. Around four minutes. Read by the founder, not scored by a tool.

  2. A twenty-minute call

No demo and no deck. I want to hear how your team runs today and where it hurts.

  3. Your workspace is set up

We get you onto the platform properly, with your own data, and walk you through it. Nothing for you to work out alone.

  4. Six weeks of real use

You use it, you tell us what is wrong, and we change it. Your requests go on the roadmap and you see them ship.

  5. Completion

Your certificate is issued naming what shipped because of you, and your referral code is activated.

The exchange, stated plainly

What we get, and what you get

Design partner programmes usually hide the fact that the vendor is the bigger winner. Here is both sides of it, so you can judge whether the trade is fair before you spend an hour on a call.

What we get

InfraCue — and yes, we get a lot

  • Proof it works outside our own headReal sites, real devices, real failure modes we have not thought of.
  • A product shaped by practitionersYour workflows decide what gets built next, instead of our guesses.
  • Reference customersIf it works, we would like to say so publicly — only with your written permission, never by default.
  • The right to be told we are wrongEarly enough to change it, while changing it is still cheap.

What you get

You personally, and your company

  • A verifiable certificate, named to youListing the specific changes that shipped because of you — not “participated”. Yours permanently, whatever happens to the subscription.
  • Up to 5% referral shareOn annual subscriptions that start with your code, once you have completed the programme.
  • Year one free for your companyThen 50% off years two and three. No card, no invoice, no auto-charge at the end.
  • The founder’s direct lineNot a ticket queue. If something breaks at 9pm you message me.
  • A private room of peersIT heads and engineers from non-competing sectors, comparing notes on the same problems.

What it costs your company

Year one free. Years two and three at half price.

Written into the participation agreement, not a launch promotion we can withdraw. The pricing holds on whatever plan you are on, however we price later.

Year 1

Free

The full platform, every module. No card taken and nothing charges at the end of it.

Year 2

50% off

Half the list price of whichever plan you choose, on the same terms as any customer.

Year 3

50% off

Half price again. From year four, standard pricing — and you are free to leave at any point.

Your data is yours throughout. Export or delete everything at any time, including if you leave mid-programme.

Referral program

Up to 5% of what your referrals pay

Once you complete the programme, you are issued a personal referral code. Any company that subscribes on an annual plan using it earns you a share of that subscription — and gets a discount themselves.

The rate is set between 2% and 5% based on what you actually contributed during the six weeks. It is not issued for signing up, and it is not issued for turning up.

You choose where it goes: paid to you personally, or credited against your company’s subscription. Many IT staff cannot accept payment from a vendor without disclosing it, so we ask you to confirm your employer permits it before anything personal is paid.

Upto 5%

You Earn on every Referral.

What you get access to

Ten modules. One platform. One version of the truth.

Most IT teams run monitoring in one tool, tickets in another and assets in a spreadsheet. Nothing joins up, so an outage never becomes a ticket and nobody can answer what it cost.

Network Pulse

Every device at every site, checked continuously

Incident management

Outages become tickets automatically

Ticketing

Requests, approvals and history in one place

Engineer routing

Rules-based and manual assignment

SLA governance

Response and resolution targets, tracked

Asset lifecycle

Purchase to retirement, per device

Inventory & spares

What you hold, where, and what is running out

Operations wallboard

The live view for the NOC screen

Executive dashboards

What leadership asks for, without the spreadsheet

Automation

Escalation, assignment and notification rules

Recognition that outlasts the programme

Finish the six weeks, keep the credential

Every partner who completes receives a verifiable certificate, issued to you rather than your employer. It names the specific changes that shipped because of you — not a participation line — with your cohort, dates and a public verification link anyone can check.

Add it to LinkedIn or a CV. Having shaped an infrastructure platform before release is a real professional credit, and it stays yours whatever happens to the subscription afterwards.

Illustrative preview. Contributions are filled in from your actual work.

What we ask in return

This is the part that decides whether the programme works. Tell us honestly what time you can give — we would rather plan around a small number you will keep than a large one you will not.

Whatever time you can give

You tell us the total across the six weeks. We plan around it.

A real environment

Your own estate, not a demo dataset.

Someone who agrees

Whoever needs to sign off, if that is not you.

Honest criticism

Including “we stopped using it because…”

Applications open

Apply to the Design Partner Program

Open to IT heads and to the engineers who would run it. I read every application myself, and if it is not a fit I will tell you why.

Before you ask

Questions we get first

Is the certificate real, or marketing?

It is issued on completion, to you personally, and lists the specific contributions you made — not a participation line. Anyone can confirm it at infracue.com/verify. It is never issued for signing up, and never issued without recorded contributions.

Is this really free?

Year one is free, with no card taken and nothing charging at the end of it. Years two and three are half price. What it costs you is the weekly time, which is the part we actually need.

How does the referral share work?

On completing the programme you get a personal code. Companies subscribing on an annual plan using it earn you between 2% and 5% of that subscription, set by what you contributed. You choose whether it is paid to you or credited against your company’s account, and we ask you to confirm your employer permits personal payment first.

Do we have to replace our helpdesk?

No. Most partners start with monitoring only and add ticketing later, if at all. The other modules are there when you want them and ignored when you do not.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your own workspace, and you can be moved to a dedicated database if you prefer. Export or delete everything at any time, including if you leave.

How many customers do you have?

None yet. That is the honest answer and the reason this programme exists.

What if it does not work for us?

You tell us, we stop, and you keep the health report. A clear no in week two is worth more to us than a polite yes for six weeks.
