Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial of the full product, and no card is taken to start it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup or onboarding fee on any plan.
What is the difference between an IT/Admin seat and an employee account?
Employee accounts let staff raise and track their own tickets. IT/Admin seats are for the engineers and managers running the operation. Each plan includes a number of both.
Is Network Pulse included?
Every plan can use Network Pulse during the 30-day trial. After conversion it stays included on Scale, and Starter and Growth receive a one-time 15-day introduction so teams can try it before deciding whether to upgrade.
What happens if we reach a plan limit?
The action that would go over the limit is stopped, with a message saying which limit was reached. Nothing already in the workspace is removed. You can upgrade from the Subscription page, or deactivate records you no longer use.
