Network Pulse basics

Understand InfraCue Network Pulse, approved monitoring integrations and the security checks to complete before enabling device health visibility.

Updated 26 Jul 2026

Network Pulse adds device-health events to the same operating view as tickets, SLAs and assets. It is available only when enabled for your workspace and should be configured with approval from the customer IT and security team.

Supported operating approaches

  • Receive normalised device-health events from an approved collector inside the customer network.
  • Forward events from an existing monitoring platform through an approved integration path.

Before enabling Network Pulse

  • Confirm the feature is enabled in the Subscription page.
  • Agree the monitored scope, data retention and access model with IT/security stakeholders.
  • Use a dedicated service identity or integration credentials, not a personal account.
  • Start with a small approved device group and review the resulting operational signal.
