InfraCue can require email OTP during sign-in as an additional account check. If you cannot access your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in page instead of asking an Admin to send you a password.
- Enter your work email and passwordUse the workspace sign-in URL your company was given.
- Complete the OTP challengeEnter the current six-digit code sent to your work email when OTP is enabled.
- Use password reset when neededChoose Forgot password and open the reset link from your email.
- Check email deliveryLook in spam or quarantine folders and ask your email administrator to allow messages from the InfraCue sending domain.
