Import assets from CSV

Bulk import is the fastest way to bring an existing inventory into InfraCue. Use the template provided on the Import Assets page so column names and required fields match the workspace format.

1. Download the templateStart from the current CSV template in the Import Assets screen.
2. Prepare the dataUse one row per asset and ensure categories, locations and assigned users already exist where the import expects them.
3. Validate identifiersUse unique asset tags or serial numbers to avoid duplicates.
4. Upload and review the resultCorrect the flagged rows, then import again rather than guessing which records were accepted.
